Automatic CNC lathe startup debugging: CNC machine tool is a high technology of electromechanical integration of the machine tool, the user to buy a CNC machine tool, whether the correct and safe startup, debugging is a key step. The correctness of this step in a large program determines whether this CNC machine tool can play a normal economic efficiency and its own life, which is of great importance to the production plant and user plant CNC machine tool. CNC machine starting, debugging should be carried out according to the following steps.

1. Appearance inspection of fully automatic CNC lathe before power on:

(1) machine tools electrical check open the electric cabinet, check relay, contactor, fuse, servo motor, speed control unit socket, spindle motor speed control unit such as presence of loose socket, such as loose should return to normal state, a locking mechanism of connectors must lock, a connecting box machine must check the adapter socket on the box, loose connection with and without, a locking mechanism must be locked.

(2) CNC electrical box inspection open the CNC electrical box door, check all kinds of interface socket, servo motor feedback line socket, spindle pulse generator socket, hand pulse generator socket, CRT socket, etc. Check the setting of short-circuit terminals on each printed circuit board according to the instructions, and be sure to comply with the state set by the machine tool manufacturer. If there is something wrong, it should be reset. In general, there is no need to reset.

(3) check wiring quality. Check all wiring terminals. Including the strong and weak electricity in the assembly of the machine tool factory to connect the terminal and the power line of the motor wiring terminal, each terminal should be used to tighten the screw once, until the screw can not move, the motor socket must be tightened.

(4) solenoid valve inspection: all solenoid valves should be pushed several times by hand to prevent improper operation caused by power failure for a long time. If any abnormality is found, it should be recorded to confirm repair or replacement after power on.

(5) limit switch inspection check whether all limit switch actions are flexible and fixed, and deal with those found to be defective or not fixed.

(6) check the buttons and switches on the operation panel. Check the wiring of all buttons, switches and indicator lights on the operation panel. If there is any error, it shall be dealt with immediately. (7) ground check request has the good earth, measuring machine ground, Ω grounding resistance is not greater than 1.

(8) check the phase sequence of the input power supply with the phase sequence table, and confirm that the phase sequence of the input power supply is absolutely consistent with the phase sequence of the calibrated power supply in various places on the machine tool.

For equipment with secondary wiring, such as power transformers, the consistency of phase sequence of secondary wiring must be confirmed. You want to make sure that the phase sequence is absolutely correct. The power supply voltage should be measured and recorded.

2. Switch on the total voltage of CNC machine tool:

(1) switch on the general power of the machine tool, check whether the steering of the CNC electric box, the cooling fan of the spindle motor, the cooling fan of the machine tool electrical box is correct, whether the oil mark indication of lubrication, hydraulic pressure and other places and whether the machine tool lighting is normal, whether there is any damage to the fuse, if there is any abnormality, the power should be cut off immediately for maintenance, no abnormality can continue.

(2) measure and record the voltage of each part of the strong current, especially the primary voltage of the power transformer for CNC and servo units.

(3) observe whether there is any oil leakage, especially the hydraulic cylinder and solenoid valve at the position of the turret, clamping, the shift of the spindle and the clamping of the chuck. In case of oil leakage, repair or replace immediately.
